Please note that all orders are shipped with tracking using either Canada Post or UPS.

Orders stated as delivered by the carrier are deemed as delivered.
If you claim that your order was delivered, yet tracking shows that it was delivered, please try the following:
-Contact your local USPS office as soon as possible. Perhaps your package requires a pick-up.
-Contact your local USPS post office, give them your tracking number and have them check the GPS coordinate of the delivery scan. 
-Contact your neighbours (package may have delivered to the wrong address).
-Check your property carefully (package may have been placed in a hidden place, thrown in the bushes, left under something, etc)
-Check with all members of your family

Garage9.com does not cover (refund or reships product at no cost) for the following:
-Porch theft (ensure you have a safe delivery address)
-Incorrect address (such as omissions of apartment numbers, incorrect compass designation, incorrect zip code/postal code, etc)
-Change of address (we ship as per your order placed)
-Post person delivery error (such as delivering to the wrong person, neighbour, not placing package in a safe container - mailbox, mail slot, etc)

-Shipping transit times can differ from quoted times due to various reasons such as: peak holiday seasons, border examinations, weather, strike actions and other issues which are not in the control of Garage9.com.
